Job summary

ELLKAY seeks an Strategy & Intelligence Analyst to translate enterprise strategy into actionable goals and measurable outcomes. You will partner with leadership to define objectives, assess performance, and drive cross-functional initiatives across Delivery.

The role combines strategic planning, business intelligence, and executive communication to connect vision with execution, independently leading complex initiatives and delivering clear recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required or 7-10 years related experience.
5+ years in strategic analysis, BI, enterprise planning, PMO/ePMO, analytics, or related enterprise functions.
Experience translating strategic priorities into measurable objectives.
Experience leading enterprise-level or cross-functional programs.
Experience developing strategic KPIs, dashboards, or performance reporting.

Responsibilities

Translate enterprise strategy into measurable goals, KPIs, and initiatives.
Develop data models, SQL queries, dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting.
Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through implementation.
Coordinate stakeholders, dependencies, risks, and decisions across business areas.
Provide concise executive recommendations and data-supported decisions.
