Qualifications

• Approximately 15 years of communications experience in pharma or life sciences.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in journalism, communications, public relations, or related field.
• Proven ability crafting strategic communications plans for senior executives in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve the integrated PDS communications strategy across internal and external stakeholders.
• Advise PDS leadership on opportunities and risks, providing proactive counsel.
• Develop and oversee communications plans for core PDS priorities including Product Development, Global Supply Chain, and Global Quality.
• Maintain relationships with leadership to support cohesion across PDS Communications workstreams.
• Oversee external communications to protect enterprise reputation through media, digital content, and events.
