Naval Intelligence Activity seeks a senior advisor and spokesperson to oversee Navy CI, HUMINT, and NFMP collection requirements. You will synchronize Naval Intelligence with the IC to fuse collections, plan and oversee all related collection management, and lead complex research across the Navy and IC to identify evolving requirements.

You will prioritize gaps, collaborate with DoN and partner agencies to shape strategies and priorities, and help develop policy and guidance within applicable

Competenze

• Proficiency with Intelligence Community standard databases and collection management tools.
• Translate complex operational problems into specific, answerable intelligence collection requirements.
• Prepare discussion items and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Experience designing collection strategies and MOEs to evaluate performance.

Mansioni

• Serve as senior advisor and spokesperson on CI/HUMINT/NFMP collections.
• Ensure synchronization across Naval Intelligence and IC for fusion of Navy collections requirements.
• Plan, guide, and supervise Navy CI, HUMINT, NFMP collection management functions.
• Lead research studies to identify emergent CI/HUMINT/NFMP requirements.
• Prioritize requirements to address intelligence gaps across Navy orgs.
• Collaborate across DoN and other agencies to develop requirements, strategies, and priorities.
• Develop policy and guidance for planning and implementing program requirements.
• Represent Navy equities at DoN/DoD/IC Collection Management meetings and forums.
• Travel up to 15%.
