• Superior leadership skills and ability to conduct interagency counterintelligence coordination.
• Superior ability to anticipate issues relevant to the IC and US Government and recommend actions.
• Superior ability to design, implement and lead integration strategies for IC initiatives and programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead proactive counterintelligence and security activities across the US government.
• Coordinate interagency counterintelligence task forces and working groups to achieve common goals.
• Provide strategic guidance on national-level policy and program implementation for counterintelligence.
• Suggest and implement actions in response to White House, NSC, and Congressional guidance.
• Direct management of human, financial, and information resources for IC initiatives.
• Draft and edit reports for senior audiences with clarity and impact.
