Job summary

The National Counterintelligence and Security Center (NCSC), part of the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), seeks a Senior Counterintelligence Integration Manager to lead cross‑agency coordination and advance strategic counterintelligence initiatives.

In this role, you will guide day‑to‑day OFCO/A activities, develop enterprise roadmaps, and represent NCSC in IC and policy fora, collaborating with senior leadership to protect national security interests.

Qualifications

• This is an excepted service GS-15 position open to the public and all current federal employees at the GS-15 and one level below.
• Superior leadership skills and ability to conduct interagency counterintelligence coordination.
• Superior understanding of policies and authorities from the OFCO/A executor community.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day coordination of offensive counterintelligence operations/activities (OFCO/A).
• Develop and implement strategic counterintelligence initiatives and evaluate OFCO/A effectiveness.
• Represent NCSC in IC and policy fora and coordinate with IC counterparts.
