Job summary

Naval Intelligence Activity seeks a senior civilian leader to serve as the Chief Intelligence Human Capital Officer, advising the Deputy Director of Naval Intelligence. The role directs strategic human capital programs and acts as the top civilian authority for the DON Intelligence Community.

Regular on-site duties are divided among Suitland, MD; Arlington, VA; and the Pentagon. Applicants must demonstrate ICSOCQ and TQ qualifications within a two-page resume to be considered.

Qualifications

• ICSOCQ including Leading the Intelligence Enterprise.
• TQ 1: Mastery of federal human capital management principles and related laws/regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic human capital programs within the DON IC as the CHIEF INTELLIGENCE HUMAN CAPITAL OFFICER.
• Serve as the most senior civilian human capital authority, advising the Deputy Director of Naval Intelligence (DDNI).
