Job summary

Astemo Americas, Inc. seeks an experienced strategist to contribute to Customer Intelligence and Product & Business planning within the Electronics Management Department of the SDVBU in the Americas region.

The SDVBU supplies ECUs, sensors, ADAS, software and mobility services to major OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers. The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering (Master’s preferred), 6+ years in automotive development or strategy, and strong communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Automotive engineering and systems.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of development, industry experience or strategy.

Responsibilities

• Customer intelligence collection, analysis, and consolidation to inform roadmap decisions.
• Strategy development including product roadmap, technology investments, and promotion activities.
• Strategy execution: gather information, coordinate with regional and international teams, update strategic databases, and improve processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and represent the company to major customers.
