Job summary

ASTEMO AMERICAS, INC. in Farmington Hills, MI is seeking a strategic contributor to Customer Intelligence and Product & Business planning within the Electronics Management Department for the Software-Defined Vehicle Solution Business Unit in the Americas region.

The role focuses on deriving customer insights, shaping roadmaps, and ensuring execution with cross-functional teams across North America and Japan.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of development, industry experience or strategy is required.
• Exposure to Automotive is required, including an understanding of automotive components and embedded systems.
• Knowledge of ADAS and Autonomous Driving is a plus.
• Understanding of Software, Cloud, AI and data related business is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and consolidate information about customers and competitors to infer roadmaps.
• Formulate proposals aligning with product strategies and roadmaps; contribute to strategy documents.
• Gather information for RFIs/RFQs and coordinate with regional and international teams to reach consensus.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and represent the company with major customers; travel domestically and internationally as needed.
