Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of program or project management experience in healthcare or complex cross-functional environments.
• Experience developing and maintaining project plans, risk logs, and stakeholder communications.

• Coordinate and maintain detailed work plans, schedules, and milestone trackers across cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate governance meetings, workstream syncs, and stakeholder briefings with clear decisions and actions.
• Maintain program management infrastructure including status reports, risk/issue logs, dependency maps, and decision registers.
• Support integration and separation activities across acquisitions, joint ventures, and asset divestitures.
• Help translate strategies, playbooks, and operating models into organized, actionable work.
