Banner Health is seeking a Senior Labor Relations Business Partner to serve as trusted advisor to leaders and HR teams. You will influence workforce strategy by providing expert guidance under labor acts, employee relations, and leading training and development initiatives.

In a hybrid role, you will support facilities across Banner’s six states, primarily in the metro-Phoenix area, helping cultivate a culture of trust, accountability and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in Business, HR or related discipline.
• Minimum of three years of progressively responsible HR management experience in a large, complex organization.
• Knowledge of employment law and healthcare business.

Responsabilidades

• Planning and implementing engagement and labor relations strategies.
• Partnering with leaders to develop engagement and retention initiatives.
• Analyzing labor activity data to create actionable workforce insights.
• Advising management on best practices in a complex, matrixed organization.
