Job summary

Banner Health Corporate seeks a Senior Labor Relations Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and HR teams across the organization. This hybrid role influences workforce strategy and oversees employee relations, training, and action plans to improve engagement and retention.

The position partners with HR/legal, tracks labor-law changes, and drives positive employee relations across Banner’s multi-state network. Frequent on-site support is required in the Phoenix metro area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business, Human Resources Management or related discipline.
• Minimum of three years of progressively responsible HR management experience in a large, multi-site organization.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR policies, including NLRA, FLSA, ADA, FMLA.

Responsibilities

• Advise leaders on workforce and labor relations strategies across Banner.
• Lead training and development initiatives for engagement and leadership effectiveness.
• Analyze labor activity data to guide workforce solutions and improvements.
