Job summary

Astrana Health, Inc. seeks an Integration Lead, Partnerships to own post-close integrations for acquisitions and to lead new partnerships and market launches.

The role drives the Integration Management Office, defines workstreams, and ensures alignment with executives from signing to steady state. You will report to the VP of Strategy & Partnerships and collaborate with Finance, Network Management, Legal, Technology, and People teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Minimum 6 years in healthcare operations, strategy, or transformation functions.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end integrations or large-scale programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration of acquired entities.
• Develop Day 1, Day 100, and 12-month integration plans with milestones and owners.
• Own the integration budget and track synergy realization.
• Run weekly workstream reviews and biweekly executive readouts.
• Participate in pre-close diligence to understand risks and resource needs before signing.
