Job summary

Astrana Health Management seeks an Integration Lead, Partnerships to own post-close integration for acquired entities and drive implementation for new partnerships and market launches, from signing through steady state.

This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports. You will stand up the integration management office, define workstreams, surface risks to the executive team, and partner with Finance, Legal, and Ops to ensure timely execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, finance, or related field.
• At least 6 years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, strategy, management consulting, corporate development, or PMO.
• Direct experience leading end-to-end M&A integration or enterprise transformation with multiple workstreams.
• Ability to work with executive leadership to secure alignment and deliver status updates.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration of acquired entities and manage the Integration Management Office (IMO).
• Develop Day 1/Day 100/12-month plans with milestones and owners; manage TSAs and budgets.
• Own the synergy tracking, validate assumptions with FP&A, and report risks to leadership.
• Translate executive intent into workstream-level actions and produce executive-read materials.
