Job summary

Eastman Chemical Company in Kingsport, TN seeks an Integrated Planner to lead production planning for assigned products using Excel, SAP, and OMP integrated planning tools. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and planning skills to support business and manufacturing strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a related field is required.
• 3+ years of supply chain or materials management experience preferred.
• Master's degree in a related field is a plus.
• APICS CPIM certification is a plus.
• Proficiency with Outlook and SAP; experience with planning/scheduling software.
• Excellent written and oral communication; strong organizational and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated leadership; ability to drive improvements and influence others.
• Ability to work at both operational and strategic levels; self-starter and team player.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize supply plans to maximize value across asset, plant, logistics, and inventory considerations.
• Own site scheduling in SAP/OMP or similar systems and communicate strategy to stakeholders.
• Lead weekly cross-functional production meetings.
• Maintain Master Data on an ongoing basis.
• Collaborate with Supply Manager on raw material stocking and procurement strategies.
• Develop logistics forecasts with Logistics Lead and Supply Manager.
• Model what-if scenarios to propose optimized solutions.
• Assist with inventory adjustment analysis and storage location proposals.
• Manage inventory levels and replenishment according to targets.
• Handle aged and blocked inventories to minimize business impact.
• Maintain knowledge of key customers, markets, and products in scope.
• Improve planning models, processes, and tools; identify variances and resolve.
