Job summary

Canvas is seeking an Assured Airspace Access Systems (A3S) Scheduling Analyst to provide scheduling support for Army Aviation Acquisition products. You will create, manage, and evaluate product Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) across multiple teams, coordinating with OEMs, program offices, and project offices to ensure alignment with contractual requirements.

The role requires proficiency in MS Project, Scheduler Inspector, and Milestone Pro.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Scheduler Inspector, and Milestone Professional.
• Able to determine if schedules are followed, identify delays and root causes.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and clear written/verbal communication.
• Army Acquisition experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage and evaluate Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for A3S products.
• Develop and maintain IMS by integrating schedules from OEMs and program offices.
• Identify risks, performance gaps, and mitigation strategies in scheduling.
• Develop Work-Breakdown Schedules (WBS) and project timelines.
• Coordinate schedule development with multiple offices and contractors.
• Prepare schedules for leadership review and reporting.
