Job summary

Canvas, Inc. is seeking a Master Scheduler at Redstone Arsenal, AL to create, manage, and evaluate Integrated Master Schedules for Army Acquisition products. You will coordinate with OEMs, program offices, and the A3S management staff to standardize schedules and project structure charts.

The role requires proficiency in MS Project and related tools, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple schedules simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and scheduling tools.
• Ability to determine schedule adherence and root causes of delays.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Army Acquisition experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage and evaluate product schedules across A3S teams.
• Oversee Integrated Master Schedules for all assigned products.
• Prepare new schedules to increase output for the Product Office.
• Analyze activity plans and budgets to maintain the IMS.
• Develop and manage an overall IMS by correlating schedules from OEMs and offices.
• Identify and mitigate schedule risks prior to execution.
• Develop and maintain WBS and detailed program schedules.
• Update schedules per leadership direction and synchronize with HQ staff.
• Issue, review and track schedules for Product Office and coordinate with other offices.
• Develop, write and staff schedules to officials/groups in the Project/Product Office.
• Interface daily with military, civilian and contractor personnel.
