Job summary

Assured Airspace Access Systems (A3S) seeks a Scheduling Analyst to support Army Aviation Acquisition with creating, managing, and evaluating product schedules across multiple teams. You will standardize IMS structures, integrate schedules from OEMs and government offices, and maintain detailed WBSs and schedules for all development phases.

The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Project, Scheduler Inspector, and Milestone Professional, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Scheduler Inspector and Milestone Professional.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, write and staff schedules using MS Project to develop IMS.
• Analyze activity plans and budgets to maintain the IMS aligned with requirements.
• Develop and manage an Integrated Master Schedule for each product.
• Coordinate with OEMs, Program/Product offices and contractors to synchronize schedules.
• Identify critical paths and provide schedule recommendations to leadership.
