Crusoe is seeking an experienced Capacity Planning & Efficiency leader to own the end-to-end planning system for its AI infrastructure. You will harmonize demand and supply across GPUs, compute, storage, network, and power, partnering with Finance to forecast capex and opex and ensuring alignment with company goals.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in infrastructure capacity planning, IBP/S&OP, or technical program management.
• Experience aligning demand signals with supply commitments across multi-resource environments.
• Strong ability to translate capacity plans into finance and operations actions.

Aufgaben

• Own long-range capacity planning for GPU, compute, storage, network, and power.
• Run integrated business planning and quarterly/annual budgeting cycles.
• Maintain live models of constraints, lead times, and capital/opex budgets.
• Coordinate with Finance to translate capacity plan into capex/opex forecasts.
• Design a plan of record and operating calendar across multiple teams.
