Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a senior capacity planning leader to set multi-year posture across build/lease/partner choices and regional siting. You will own the capacity narrative for executives, boards, and lenders while guiding fleet economics and strategic supplier decisions.

You will partner with Product, Finance, and Supply Chain to craft models, scenarios, and actionable roadmaps that align the infrastructure plan with environmental and business goals.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in infrastructure capacity planning or related strategy.
• Experience owning planning strategy for large fleets.
• Strong modeling and quantitative analysis skills.
• Ability to present to executives with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Set multi-year capacity posture: build vs lease vs partner, regional siting.
• Advise on fleet refresh timing and technology transitions.
• Quantify options and present exec-ready recommendations.
• Own allocation policy across customers, products, regions.
• Define planning standards, models, horizons, accuracy.
• Tell the capacity story to execs, board, lenders.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain on vendor allocations.
• Influence product & pricing with capacity economics.
• Shape function maturity and mentoring.
