USI Insurance Services is seeking an Outside Specialist Sales professional in Dallas to drive new business, retain clients, and grow program-specific revenue. The role involves cross-selling, building relationships with senior executives, and collaborating with underwriters and service teams to maximize profitability.

Candidates should have insurance sales experience, a current or obtainable P&C license, and strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in insurance or carrier sales.
• Proven ability to call on senior executives.
• Licensure in Property & Casualty or plans to obtain one.

Responsabilités

• Achieve annualized new business sales goals in our target market.
• Retain at least 92% of business year over year.
• Develop and execute sales plans and prospecting strategies.
• Collaborate with Program Managers, Underwriters, and service teams.
• Represent USI in meetings, seminars, and networking events.
• Input and manage client data in sales automation tools.
