Job summary

USI Insurance Services is seeking an Inside/Outside specialty sales leader to drive new business, retention, and program growth. You will manage an outside/inside sales team and participate in Leadership/Management teams to achieve revenue goals.

You will recruit and develop 3+ Sales Producers, coach the team, and coordinate with COIs, marketing, and client partnerships to expand our market share in commercial lines and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of applicable sales experience with a proven track record.
• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Must hold or will obtain P&C license.
• Management experience in a call-center environment is preferred.
• Experience with CRM platforms is required.
• Personable, motivated, and goal oriented with strong communication.
• Detail oriented with strong planning and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Word and Excel.
• Ability to travel to meet COIs, networks, prospects, and clients >50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, manage, and develop 3+ sales producers with staffing oversight.
• Provide leadership and coaching to achieve revenue and sales goals.
• Support sales strategies with marketing and business plans.
• Ensure annual new business sales goals in target markets and personal targets.
• Engage with COIs to deliver value-added service.
• Communicate solutions effectively to insurance buyers.
• Build a sales business plan and drive prospecting strategies.
• Develop client and prospect pipelines and cross-selling initiatives.
• Lead team meetings and share industry trends and policies.
• Maintain accuracy in agency management systems.
