Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related B2B sales experience, including calling on senior executives.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Current sales success within Construction, Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, or Industrial industries.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annualized new business sales goals within the target market.
• Pursue cross-selling opportunities with Practice areas to meet revenue growth targets.
• Generate new business leads and maintain high activity in first appointments.
• Develop relationships and achieve new business goals within your industry specialization.
• Systematically use CRM to support sales processes with accurate activity inputs.
• Attend USI Industry Specialized Program, USI University, and USI Select ONE Academy.
