Acrisure is seeking a Manager, Enterprise Analytics and Strategy to act as the analytical resource for strategic and financial questions from the Executive Leadership Team and Board. The role requires independent scoping and execution of complex models, synthesis of data, and production of Board-ready materials.

The ideal candidate will have a strategy consulting or strategic finance background, with strong Python/Excel-based modeling, executive communication, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong financial modeling and scenario analysis capabilities.
• Ability to develop and present executive-ready materials.
• Experience translating complex analyses into clear business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Respond to ELT/Board analytical requests with scoped, high-quality financial analyses.
• Build financial models and scenario analyses across strategic topics.
• Integrate internal data with external market intelligence for benchmarking and sizing.
• Prepare CFO-ready briefing materials and Board-ready presentations.
• Own the enterprise long-range model and annual refresh for scenario planning.
