Acrisure is seeking a Manager of Enterprise Analytics and Strategy to serve as the analytical resource for high-priority strategic and financial questions from the Executive Leadership Team and Board. The role requires independent scoping and execution of financial models, synthesis of data sources, and production of Board-ready materials for CFO review and ELT/Board presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related quantitative field.
• 5–8 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, strategic finance, or corporate FP&A.
• Experience integrating external market data with internal financial data.
• Strong financial modeling and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Scope and deliver high-quality financial analyses under tight timelines.
• Build financial models and scenario analyses for strategic topics.
• Translate findings into executive-ready PowerPoint presentations.
• Identify analytical gaps and ensure data quality in analyses.
