Acrisure is seeking a Manager of Insurance Revenue Analytics to join the Finance organization in Boston, MA. Reporting to the Head of Revenue and Commission Insights, FP&A, the role focuses on high-impact analyses translating complex questions into clear recommendations for the executive team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Data Science or related quantitative field.
• 5–8 years of experience in Strategy Consulting, Investment Banking, Strategic Finance, Corporate Development or Corporate FP&A.
• Experience integrating external market data with internal financial data.

Responsibilities

• Respond to ELT and Board analytical requests with high-quality financial analysis under tight timelines.
• Build financial models and scenario analyses including growth, cap allocation, and cost structure.
• Translate analyses into executive-ready PowerPoint materials for Board reviews.
• Develop enterprise long-range models and annual refreshes for investment decision support.
