Job summary

Markel Group in Bedford, Texas is seeking an Implementation Coordinator to coordinate auto, real estate and flood accounts through all phases of onboarding. You will lead initial calls, gather paperwork, and track progress to ensure accuracy and timely completion.

The role requires a college degree or equivalent experience, strong communication and customer-service skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum college degree or three years of work experience in insurance.
• Experience with New Account Implementation required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal and external customers.
• Must be organized with attention to detail and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead introductory calls with accounts after sale.
• Coordinate New Account paperwork with Account Managers and Sales Reps.
• Complete Account Change Requests (ACRs) during implementation.
• Set up and maintain implementation spreadsheets for each new account.
• Coordinate weekly implementation meetings and report status.
• Serve as liaison among stakeholders throughout the implementation process.
• Audit reviews and data analysis for new accounts with reports.
• Monitor notice and binder production until audit premium is collected.
• Suggest program changes to the team when needed.
• Contribute to implementation statistics reports such as Time to Implement and Quality of Service.
