Job summary

Markel Group is seeking a detail-oriented professional to coordinate implementation of CPI, Auto, Real Estate, and Flood accounts across multiple phases. You will lead paperwork, drive account setup, and ensure accuracy in audits and reports.

Responsibilities include coordinating calls, maintaining spreadsheets, and liaising with internal/external customers to meet timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills, both oral and written.
• Experience in handling internal/external customer interactions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation of CPI accounts in phases within defined timeframes.
• Plan introductory calls to accounts after sale completion.
• Prepare New Account Paperwork with Account Managers and Sales Reps.
• Complete Account Change Requests for program changes during implementation.
• Maintain implementation spreadsheets and provide status updates weekly.
• Act as liaison among parties throughout implementation using written and oral communication.
• Audit new accounts and provide reports to Account Managers.
• Monitor notice and binder production until audit premium is collected.
• Suggest program changes if responses fall outside guidelines.
• Handle acquisitions/mergers paperwork and release planning for loans.
• Develop proposals for Real Estate and Flood; process related claims.
