Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelors degree preferred.
• P&C Adjuster License required or must obtain within probationary period.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily activities of staff, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance.
• Assist manager in planning, coordinating and distributing claims workflow.
• Assist staff with interpreting account insurance coverage in order to settle claims.
• Resolve escalated complaints and answer questions from clients regarding services and procedures.
• Provide account analysis and audits.
• Assist with establishing service benchmarks and reporting on performance measurements.
• Assist in researching and recommending new processes for improving departmental procedures.
• Assist manager in hiring, training, development and retention of staff.
• Provide recommendations for projects including processes, account conversions and product development.
• Provide internal training to internal customers on claims processes.
