Job summary

Lockton seeks a results-driven sales professional to drive growth in a defined territory. You will provide strategic planning, analyze carrier quotes and present coverage solutions to clients in a consultative manner.

Responsibilities include negotiations with carriers, outbound prospecting, inbound inquiries, and ensuring timely responses. A BA in business or related field and a P&C license are required, with 4+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or related field.
• 4+ years of property & casualty and/or life/health insurance experience.
• Current property and casualty license or ability to maintain immediately.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic planning and consultative advice to clients.
• Participate in negotiations with carriers and underwriters for quotes.
• Make outbound calls to prospective territory and respond to inquiries.
• Analyze quotes from multiple carriers and present coverage solutions.
• Develop and present recommendations for changes to programs and territories.
• Close deals while meeting or exceeding sales goals.
