Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in instructional technology, educational technology, instructional design, education, information technology, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of progressively responsible experience in instructional technology, instructional design, online learning, or related area.
• Demonstrated knowledge of learning management systems and technology-enhanced instruction.
• Experience with Quality Matters or online course quality framework.
• Demonstrated experience in effective use of instructional technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide vision and strategic leadership for instructional technology initiatives.
• Develop and implement an instructional technology strategic plan.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend tools to improve teaching and learning.
• Promote evidence-based approaches to technology-enhanced instruction.
• Support integration of AI, educational technology, and digital tools into curriculum.
