Job summary

KFC Corporation is seeking an Instructional Design Manager to lead a small team of designers and directly create high-impact learning solutions that build capability across the KFC system. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify performance needs and drive readiness strategies that support launches, process improvements, technology implementations, and people programs.

Qualifications

At least 8 years in instructional design, learning and development, or related fields.
Experience designing enterprise-scale learning programs and readiness strategies.
Experience leading complex projects and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience mentoring or leading peers preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Instructional Designers.
Manage team capacity, workload, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent projects.
Establish quality standards for instructional design methodologies, deliverables, and readiness programs.
Conduct performance management activities, development planning, and ongoing coaching to support growth.
Provide day-to-day leadership and ensure delivery of team objectives.
Personally design and develop high-impact learning solutions across modalities.
