Job summary

KFC is seeking an Instructional Design Manager to lead a small team of designers and deliver high-impact learning solutions across the KFC system. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
• At least 8 years of instructional design, learning and development, or related experience.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale learning programs and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Prior people leadership and coaching experience preferred.
• Experience delivering learning across multiple modalities (eLearning, ILT, VILT, microlearning).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a small team of instructional designers.
• Personally design high-impact learning solutions using adult learning principles.
• Lead end-to-end readiness initiatives for launches and major changes.
• Design learning across modalities: eLearning, ILT, VILT, microlearning, videos, job aids.
• Partner with Operations, People & Culture, Marketing, Technology to identify capability gaps.
• Measure learning effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
