Responsibilities

• Support the identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of corporate, foundation, and institutional partners.
• Conduct prospect research and prepare donor profiles, briefing materials, and meeting support documents.
• Maintain accurate prospect, donor, and partnership records in Salesforce and track fundraising activities.
• Coordinate with Development, Programs, Marketing, and Finance teams to support fundraising initiatives.
• Assist with proposal development by gathering information and coordinating timelines.
• Plan and coordinate employee engagement at workplaces in collaboration with the team.
