Job summary

CAPTRUST seeks a dynamic Financial Advisor Relationship Manager to provide high-level service to institutional investors and clients. The role includes delivering plan reviews and presentations in partnership with the Senior Financial Advisor.

You will support client needs with proactive service, coordinate with multiple departments, assist marketing efforts, and conduct educational meetings for plan participants once licensed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in client service/relationship management in the investment advisory, money management, or financial services industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Series 65 or must obtain within 90 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide an important client-facing role delivering plan reviews and other presentations in-person in partnership with the Senior Financial Advisor.
• Be aware of client needs and provide proactive service to clients.
• Serve as liaison for the Senior Financial Advisor with other departments and maintain rapport.
• Assist with marketing efforts to create future opportunities.
• Provide educational meetings for clients as needed.
• Conduct one-on-one education meetings with plan participants after licensing.
• Stay informed on industry trends and planning topics.
