CAPTRUST seeks a dynamic Financial Advisor Relationship Manager who will provide high-level service to new and existing institutional investors and clients. In this client-facing role, you will deliver plan reviews and presentations in partnership with the Senior Financial Advisor.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in client service/relationship management in the investment advisory, money management, or financial services industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Series 65 or must obtain within 90 days of start date

Responsibilities

• Provide an important client-facing role delivering plan reviews and other presentations in-person in partnership with the Senior Financial Advisor
• Expected to be aware and informed of client needs and provide proactive service to clients
• Expected to serve as liaison for the Senior Financial Advisor with all other departments and maintain rapport to ensure high levels of communication, professionalism, and working team environment
• Assist with marketing efforts to create future opportunities
• Provide educational meetings for clients as needed
• Conduct one-on-one education meetings with plan participants (once properly licensed and trained)
• Expected to continue financial education and stay abreast of industry trends and planning topics
