The position involves delivering plan reviews and presentations in-person with the Senior Financial Advisor, proactively addressing client needs, and liaising across departments to ensure professional client service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in client service/relationship management in investment advisory, money management, or financial services.
• Series 65 or must obtain within 90 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide client-facing role delivering plan reviews and presentations in-person with the Senior Financial Advisor.
• Be aware of client needs and provide proactive service to clients.
• Serve as liaison for the Senior Financial Advisor with other departments and maintain rapport for high communication and teamwork.
• Assist with marketing efforts to create future opportunities.
• Provide educational meetings for clients as needed.
• Conduct one-on-one education meetings with plan participants once licensed.
• Stay informed on financial education and industry trends.
