Job summary

CAPTRUST seeks a dynamic Financial Advisor Relationship Manager who will provide high-level service to new and existing institutional investors and clients at any CAPTRUST Office Location.

You will deliver plan reviews and presentations with the Senior Financial Advisor, stay informed on client needs, and support marketing efforts. Excellent communication, relationship skills, and industry knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of client service/relationship management experience in investment advisory or financial services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Series 65 required or must be obtained within 90 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide client-facing role delivering plan reviews and presentations with the Senior Financial Advisor.
• Be aware of client needs and provide proactive service to clients.
• Serve as liaison for the Senior Financial Advisor with other departments and maintain rapport.
• Assist with marketing efforts to create future opportunities.
• Provide educational meetings for clients as needed.
• Conduct one-on-one education meetings with plan participants (once licensed).
• Stay abreast of industry trends and planning topics.
