Job summary

CAPTRUST is seeking a dynamic Financial Advisor Relationship Manager to provide high-level service to institutional investors and clients. The role includes presenting plan reviews in person, liaising across departments, and supporting marketing and education initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in client service/relationship management, strong communication, and will obtain Series 65 within 90 days. Compensation includes a discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in client service/relationship management in the investment advisory, money management, or financial services industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Series 65 or must obtain within 90 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide client-facing role delivering plan reviews and other presentations in-person in partnership with the Senior Financial Advisor
• Be aware of client needs and provide proactive service to clients
• Serve as liaison for the Senior Financial Advisor with all departments and maintain rapport for high communication standards
• Assist with marketing efforts to create future opportunities
• Provide educational meetings for clients as needed
• Conduct one-on-one education meetings with plan participants (once properly licensed)
• Stay abreast of industry trends and planning topics
