Job summary

CAPTRUST seeks a dynamic Financial Advisor Relationship Manager who will provide high-level service to institutional investors and clients, delivering plan reviews and presentations in-person in partnership with the Senior Financial Advisor.

This role emphasizes proactive client service, liaison across departments, and opportunities to participate in marketing and educational meetings, with compensation in the $90,000–$110,000 range plus bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in client service/relationship management in the investment advisory, money management, or financial services industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Series 65 or must obtain within 90 days of start date

Responsibilities

• Provide an important client-facing role delivering plan reviews and other presentations in-person in partnership with the Senior Financial Advisor
• Be aware of client needs and provide proactive service to clients
• Serve as liaison for the Senior Financial Advisor with all other departments and maintain rapport
• Assist with marketing efforts to create future opportunities
• Provide educational meetings for clients as needed
• Conduct one-on-one education meetings with plan participants (when licensed and trained)
• Stay current with financial education and industry trends
