Job summary

KeyBank is seeking a Strategic SIT Manager for Credit Risk Review (CRR) to lead the enterprise operating model and governance across strategy, risk, data, and reporting. You will direct multi-disciplinary teams spanning strategy, technology, and analytics to deliver continuous improvement and regulatory readiness.

The ideal candidate has deep credit risk knowledge, exceptional leadership, and a track record of transforming complex programs with measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data/Analytics, Risk Management required.
• Master’s degree or other advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in credit risk, credit review, portfolio management, risk management, or analytics preferred.
• Experience leading multiple concurrent initiatives with senior-level visibility required.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and evolution of CRR’s operating model, governance, and infrastructure.
• Oversee strategy, annual planning, risk assessment, and capacity analysis.
• Own CRR’s KPI framework, data integrity, reporting, and escalation processes.
• Lead credit-risk judgment across policy changes, portfolio impacts, and regulatory readiness.
• Advance risk intelligence, analytics, and executive reporting to the Board and regulators.
• Provide leadership for policy updates, governance improvements, and training.
