Job summary

S&T Bank seeks a seasoned professional to oversee the Credit Risk Review department’s systems and data practices, ensuring alignment with regulatory guidance and supporting the bank’s commercial and consumer loan portfolios.

The role involves managing risk review systems, developing portfolio analytics, and assisting regulators and auditors. You will contribute to the annual risk-based CRR plan and collaborate across CRR teams, Commercial Banking, Credit Administration, and Managed Assets.

Qualifications

• Requires five to ten years general experience with two to five years of Data Analytics experience including some commercial and/or consumer banking.
• Knowledge of Commercial and Consumer risk systems and methodology; Familiarity with Credit Risk Review or Credit processes or equivalent experience and expertise; and knowledge of regulatory laws.

Responsibilities

• Manages credit risk review systems (including Crowe 360, etc.), processes, and data, ensuring a consistent and well-documented credit risk review.
• Develops and maintains portfolio management analytics (e.g., key risk indicators) for monitoring credit risk and Board reporting.
• Provides assistance to CRR Management in dealings with regulatory examiners, internal/external auditors, and audits regarding data gathering and reporting.
• Develops and maintains a Consumer Credit Risk Review work in process system capable of generating reporting and data metrics to support CRR staff and Management.
• Evaluates the adequacy of current metrics, recommends KPIs/KRIs, and provides feedback as part of annual performance reviews.
