KeyCorp is seeking a Senior Credit Risk Reviewer to join the CRR function. You will lead a team of reviewers, perform complex private credit analysis, and independently validate risk ratings while ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 7+ years of relevant credit experience required
• Prior credit risk review experience preferred
• Credit Risk Certification (CRC) preferred
• Moody's Analytics Certificate in Commercial Credit preferred

Responsibilities

• Assess complex commercial private credit transactions, underwriting and cash flow evaluation
• Evaluate risk management activities, portfolio monitoring, and governance
• Review portfolio performance, concentration risk, industry trends and emerging credit risks
• Ensure alignment with Risk Appetite, policies, and regulatory expectations
• Lead or oversee reviews and prepare findings for senior management
