Job summary

KeyCorp’s CRR seeks a SIT Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team through strategy, governance, and execution across credit risk review and analytics. The role integrates strategy, quality, operations, technology, and data reporting to deliver enterprise-wide risk insights.

The manager drives planning and KPI frameworks, ensures regulatory readiness, and coordinates with senior leadership, the board, auditors, and external reviewers while maintaining CRR independence and strong risk judgment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data/Analytics, Risk Management, or a related field required.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in credit risk, credit review, portal management, risk management, strategy, analytics, banking operations, or a related discipline preferred.
• Demonstrated success leading people and a complex strategy, transformation, operations, or risk‑governance function required.
• Experience designing or materially rebuilding an operating model, governance framework, enterprise program, or execution infrastructure strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and evolution of CRR’s operating model, governance, and supporting infrastructure.
• Translate CRR priorities into coordinated initiatives, milestones, ownership, and measurements.
• Oversee annual risk-based coverage planning, capacity analysis, and staffing scenarios.
• Own CRR’s performance-management infrastructure, including KPI design and reporting.
• Apply knowledge of commercial and consumer credit and underwriting to CRR scope and tooling.
• Lead Risk Intelligence, monitoring, analytics, and executive reporting.
• Provide leadership oversight of Quality Verification, methodology, and tools.
• Sponsor CRR tools and data solutions from concept through adoption and enhancement.
• Oversee GRC, controls, findings remediation, and compliance governance.
