Job summary

Fifth Third Bank seeks a senior CRR leader to manage the development, execution and leadership of the Credit Risk Review Continuous Review program across assigned commercial portfolios. You will assess credit risk processes, regulatory compliance and reporting, and present results to executive management and regulators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business related field; graduate degree preferred.
• 12 years lending/credit related experience with 7 years managing employees in project management or similar roles.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, analytical and verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to interface with executive management, regulators, auditors and senior staff with sound judgment.
• Advanced ability to analyze data from multiple sources and communicate findings clearly.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and related PC applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the CRR Continuous Review program for assigned teams and/or lines of business.
• Present CRR activities and results to executive management, regulators and first/second line staff.
• Develop annual goals, risk-based plans and monitor variances to plan.
• Ensure CRR procedures reflect actual practices and regulatory expectations.
• Oversee quality assurance and drive continuous improvement of CRR processes.
• Coordinate with Internal Audit and other risk functions for independent oversight.
