Job summary

KeyBank is seeking a Strategic Insights Team (SIT) Manager in Ohio to lead the Credit Risk Review function’s operating model, governance, and analytics. You will oversee strategy, transformation, planning, and KPI infrastructure, coordinating across risk, data, technology, and executive reporting.

You will guide enterprise-level risk initiatives, partner with senior management and regulators, and drive continuous improvement in CRR capabilities, people, and processes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience in credit risk, credit review, portfolio management, risk management, strategy, analytics, or related fields.
• Proven ability to lead complex strategy, transformation, and governance initiatives.
• Experience designing or rebuilding operating models, governance frameworks, or enterprise programs.
• Strong communication with senior management, regulators, and boards.
• Experience with annual risk planning, capacity modeling, KPI frameworks, and GRC.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and evolution of CRR operating model, governance, and infrastructure.
• Translate priorities into coordinated initiatives with milestones, ownership, and metrics.
• Oversee annual risk planning, risk-based coverage, and staffing scenarios.
• Own KPI design, data integrity, reporting, and escalation.
• Apply credit-risk knowledge to policy, data, and tooling changes.
• Lead technology, automation, and AI enablement efforts within CRR.
• Coordinate regulatory, audit, and Board-facing activities.
