Job summary

Cision is seeking an Insights Consultant to manage client accounts, build strong relationships, and ensure customers receive maximum value from their insights programmes. You will coordinate with Rapid Intelligence and Media Intelligence teams to deliver accurate, insightful outputs and uphold high editorial standards.

You will identify client risks and growth opportunities, support renewals, and work to maintain exceptional customer experiences while collaborating with internal stakeholders

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, accurate, and engaging content.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Experience building relationships, influencing stakeholders, and resolving client challenges in a customer‑facing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, acting as a strategic partner to help achieve business goals.
• Manage regular communication with client teams to understand needs and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
• Serve as the link between clients and internal teams to resolve issues impacting service delivery and contractual requirements.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and contribute to renewals and upsell opportunities.
