Job summary

84.51° is hiring a Sr. Client Success Manager – Insights to drive adoption of our Insights platforms for a portfolio of retail clients.

You will translate data into actionable recommendations for merchandising, brand and activation strategies, and guide clients on best practices and tailored training. You will need 2+ years in client-facing consulting or sales, with a strong grasp of retail data and storytelling.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of client-facing consulting or sales experience.
• Experience with Shopper Data & Insights solutions preferred (84.51° data & insights).
• Insights acumen and knowledge preferred but not required.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day 84.51° Stratum, OnDemand and Data Direct support for clients.
• Provide platform utilization expertise and apply data to merchandising processes.
• Guide clients on opportunities to bring insights into media planning.
• Provide best practices and hands-on training for client analysts.
