Job summary

Keenova seeks an Insights & Analytics Associate Director to generate rigorous analytics that drive business results across the portfolio. This role partners with marketing and sales, translating complex data into accessible insights that guide decisions.

You will support multiple products and help plan launches into new indications with strong collaboration across teams. The ideal candidate brings 7–10 years in Commercial Analytics, excels in Tableau and MS Office, and can communicate findings

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field is required; advanced degree preferred.
• 7–10 years in Commercial Analytics, Business Analysis, Forecasting, or Sales Operations in pharma or consulting is preferred.
• Experience managing and analyzing large pharmaceutical databases (e.g., specialty data, medical claims, APLD).
• Knowledge of primary market research and strong data skills using tools like Tableau for data prep and presentation.
• Strong communication skills to translate complex findings into actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

• Partner with commercial leaders to identify strategic questions and design research.
• Lead primary market research and data analytics projects guiding business decisions.
• Collaborate with product strategy teams to evaluate new development opportunities and inform go/no-go decisions.
• Develop concise presentations that communicate key insights and recommendations.
• Lead the introduction of AI capabilities in primary market research.
