Job summary

Capital One's Community Finance team is expanding to support a $265B community benefits plan. The Business Manager, Insights & Analytics will collaborate with leaders to drive change, develop KPI dashboards, and enhance reporting to guide strategic decisions.

You will own pricing tools, work with product and technology to modernize the platform, and build robust data models with QC monitoring to support partnership initiatives.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional experience performing analysis.
• Bachelor's or Master's with quantitative focus (or MBA with quantitative concentration).

Responsibilities

• Develop financial and operational KPI monitoring suites and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Improve central business reporting and analytics functions.
• Own and maintain pricing tools; partner with product and tech to modernize the platform.
• Build and maintain data models and QC monitoring.
• Partner with syndicator data management and partnerships to generate actionable insights.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field

Master's Degree in a quantitative field or MBA with a quantitative concentration
