Job summary

You will own pricing tools, partner with product and tech teams to modernize our platform with AI and automation, and build robust data models with QC monitoring.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional analysis experience.
• Bachelor's or higher in a quantitative field; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial and operational KPI monitoring suites and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Improve central business reporting and analytics functions.
• Own and maintain pricing tools.
• Partner with product and tech teams to modernize the platform, including AI and automation.
• Build and maintain data models and QC monitoring.
• Collaborate with UWPM, Credit Officers, and Originators to manage existing and pursue new products.
• Centralize and aggregate syndicator data to generate actionable insights.
• Analyze syndicator performance to develop partnership playbooks and update agreements.
• Partner with Capital One teams to drive quality, volume, service, and profitability.
• Demonstrate impeccable executive communication to influence decisions.
• Maintain a clear results orientation to achieve short and long-term goals.
